After receiving the payment, the picture is usually delivered within three to seven days, depending on the place of delivery.
How much does the shipping cost and who bears it?
The shipping cost depends on the size and total weight of the order, and it is paid by the buyer.
Can I pick up the picture personally?
Yes, you can pick up the painting personally at the gallery in Ostrava or in Prague.
Is the picture insured during transport?
Yes, the picture is insured during the transport, and the insurance is paid by the seller.
Is the picture framed?
95% of our paintings are framed.
What should I do if the picture gets damaged during shipping?
Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check the painting in the presence of the carrier.
Can I choose another frame?
Yes, you can choose a frame. If you do so, we shall arrange to re-frame the picture. The buyer is obliged to pay the price of the new frame.
Can I have a look at the picture before buying it?
Yes, you can see the picture in the gallery in Ostrava.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices of the pictures indicated include VAT.
How do I know that the painting is original?
The seller is responsible for the authenticity of a particular piece of art. Each painting is provided with a “Certificate”.
Can you advise us when installing paintings or furnishing the interior?
